Miljøfyrtårn® is recognized by the EU
NTP is Eco-Lighthouse certified.
Avery Dennison NTP has since January 2016 been certified as an Eco-Lighthouse company. Miljøfyrtårn is Norway's most widely used certificate for companies that want to document their focus on the environment and social responsibility.
NTP's letter of approval states, among other things:
«The company has worked well with environmental lighthouses and satisfies the requirements. They work continuously with quality assurance and focus on optimal utilization of the materials that are useful in the production process. Avery Dennison NTP AS is also concerned with supporting the local community and has therefore defined low-threshold tasks that are used to integrate people with language difficulties and other challenges. In addition, they support several teams and organizations.
The routines that have been introduced in connection with the environmental lighthouse certification show that the company wishes to contribute to less emissions throughout production ».
NTP - on a par with the environment
We at Avery Dennison NTP are of course very pleased that Miljøfyrtårn has now been recognized by the EU as the first national scheme. This is proof that the scheme maintains high quality - in the same way as international brand schemes such as EMAS and ISO. This is a breakthrough for Norwegian certified companies, which can now use this certification when submitting tenders in Europe. Our certificate is now equated with ISO14001 .
